      The link you have send to us is the 15 meter soft cable endoscope camera, while in our website, it is the 5 meter semi-rigid cale endoscope camera.     On my android galaxy S7 after download. It asks permission to open storage. I select yes. Then it just goes into my settings. What should I do?

    Hello,
    I recently purchased this product from Amazon. I have not had any luck getting it to work yet. I have tried to connect via Depstech and CameraFi App on my android 4.4 platform that is OTG compatible (per OTG and UCV checker). I have also tried connecting it to my Windows computer via the SmartCamera install from your website. When I connect the camera to SmartCamera it tells me that it cannot connect to camera due to IP address error’s is there any way to fix this issue from the setup of Smart Camera so it will connect to my phone ?

    Before I shove the camera into my plumbing, I want to make sure it will actually be able to make it through the bends without balling up. Am I being too cautious, or should I just shove and hope for the best?

    Approximately how long can you run the ntc-85s endoscope with the LEDs on medium to high power, say in a potentially rat infested attic with an ambient temp of about 65 degrees Fahrenheit, while recording?

    I am trying to use Smart Camera v2.2.1 software with my new NTC 85S Endoscope and Win7Pro. Although the device “Teslong Camera” is present and the driver is indicated as working properly (and “Driver Update” indicates that it is current), the software initially freezes while “Connecting to the device, please wait …” and then after a minute the progress bar goes from no movement to a complete pass every second or so. Apparently forever :-{.

    The device is connected to a USB 2.x port and the LEDs are lit. I get the same behavior with a USB 3.0 port. Help!

    I am unable to use the Smart Camera v2.2.1 software with my new NTC 85S Endoscope and Win10. The device “Teslong Camera” is present and the driver appears to be up to date and operating correctly. I get the “Connecting to the device, please wait …” message and it never connects. The camera does work with my Android so it seems that the problem is with the Smart Camera v2.2.1 software. Any idea on how I can get it to operate?
