Depstech USB Endoscope Troubleshooting


NTC86X, NTC86T, NTC50HD, NTC70HD, NTC85S

1. For PC computer, it can work with Windows XP/7/8/10 and MacBook OS.

2. Please note, USB endoscope camera can only work with Android 4.4+ system, also your phone needs to support OTG and UVC function.

3. It's normal that the camera will turn hot especially when the LED is in the brightest, but it will not affect the usage or the life-span of the camera.

4. When not using, please place it in a dry environment away from damp or wet areas.

5. There is aprotective film on the mirror, please peel it off before using.

6. When recording video, the best resolution should be 1280x720, MJPEG, 30fps or640x480, MJPEG, 30fps, otherwise, it may affect the fluency of video recording.

7. If no light shows up on the camera tip after connected, please adjust the brightness control knob.

WF001

1. What if the WiFi connection fails or you forget the modified WiFi SSID or password?

- Please use aclip to press the reset button for 8 sec until the WiFi indication light flashes and turn off the box. Then, restart the endoscope and re-join its WiFi after the box is fully charged.

- Please keep the distance between WiFi box and mobile phone within 10 meters without any obstacles.

- Keep the unit away from other strong WiFi signals around or turn off interfering WiFi signal nearby when using this WiFi endoscope.


2. Can not work via Bluetoot

In fact, the connection can only be used via Wi-Fi signal, not Bluetooth connection. Please connect the Wi-Fi on your phone setting.


3. What if no images show on App?

- Please make sure the WiFi connected.

- Turn off your cellular data on your phone.

- Try to restart the WiFi box and reconnect it with your phone.

- Exit the APP interface and re-enter.

- Try to uninstall the DEPSTECH APP, then re-install and update it.

- Change the device to have a try.

- The red "U" in the screen means that the endoscope is defective. Please contact us then.


4. Can not charge or the only 1-2 min working time after the fully charged

- Charge with other USB options.

- Please turn off the Wi-Fi box when charging.


WF010, WF020X, WF028, WF030, WF035, WF050, WF050 DualLens

What can I do if no image showing on the app or failed connections or image freezing?

1. Please check whether you have input the correct WiFi Password. (Note: Please remember the password if you have modified, otherwise, it will result in connection fails.)

2. Please check whether the WiFi box is full of power. Lower power may cause connection fails, and please recharge it timely.

3. Try to restart the WiFi box and reconnect it with your phone.

4. Exit the App interface, and re-enter.

5. Try to uninstall the WiFi View App, then re-install and update it.

6. Please keep the distance between WiFi box and mobile phone within 10 meters without any obstacles.

7. Keep away from other strong WiFi signals around or turn off it when using this WiFi endoscope.

8. Please turn off data cellular of your phone.

9. Have you seen any window popping up "internet connected but not available, if so please click the window and choose stay connection.

Depstech Video Endoscope Troubleshooting


1. Does it need to connect the WiFi or USB data lines?

No, it doesn't. No longer need to connect mobile phones, tablets, PCs and other devices through WiFi or USB data lines, it can directly achieve integrated operation in this product, which can greatly facilitated the use and improve work efficiency.


2. How to adjustthe light brightness?

There are two light adjustment buttons (light up and light down) on the endoscope. You canadjust the brightness as you need.

1. No image or defects, noise in the image

- Check the Wi-Fi settings on your Smartphone, make sure it has connected to the device.

- Disconnect and reconnect the camera.

- Close the app and open it again.

- Check the battery level, recharge the battery.


2. LED lights are dim or blink

- Battery low.


3. Forgot password

- Long press the crystal button for 3 seconds to reset when blue WiFi indication light flashes three times, the reset will be okay.
